Project Description
Archi Soft Care was a large-scale project where I focused on designing a complete system for caregiver and patient management. The goal was to simplify the workflow for caregivers, enhance patient care, and create a digital platform that supports both management and daily operations.
This project included extensive design coverage—with more than 250 unique pages, ranging from dashboards to detailed functional modules. My design process emphasized usability, accessibility, and scalability to make the platform practical for real-world healthcare environments.
THE STORY
Healthcare and caregiving often involve complex workflows, requiring multiple tools and systems to manage patients, schedules, and caregivers. This creates inefficiency and confusion for users.
I set out to solve this challenge by creating a centralized, user-focused design system that would bring everything together in one intuitive platform. That’s how Archi Soft Care came to life.
My APPROACH
I followed a structured design process, starting from user research and workflow mapping to identify the real challenges caregivers face. From there, I designed wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens, covering every use case.
I designed the dashboard to provide caregivers with quick access to schedules, patient records, and task management.
I ensured consistency across 250+ pages, using a scalable design system and reusable components.
I applied a clean, modern, and accessible UI style, ensuring ease of use for caregivers of all technical skill levels.
The result is Archi Soft Care—an end-to-end caregiver management platform design that balances functionality, efficiency, and a human-centered approach.
